Depending on the time of the year, meeting dates and the number of applications received, the response time will vary. But please be assured that you will receive an answer from our committee in plenty of time to make plans for the show. If anything is missing in your application or the committee needs further information, you will be contacted via the email provided on the application. The committee's task is not an easy one, and decisions could vary from year to year based on the applications received and the desire for a wide variety of vehicles.
