The Greenbrier Concours d'Elegance

On May 2, 2021, approximately 100 of the finest collector cars and motorcycles in the world will gather on the famed grounds of The Greenbrier for The Greenbrier Concours d’Elegance. Click the registration button below for more information on the classes and selection procedure for the 2021 event.

​Movie and TV Cars

Cars and motorcycles have had a major impact on movie and television screens throughout history, and it is our goal to have some of the most recognizable movie and television automobiles on hand for a non-judged class for The 2021 Greenbrier Concours d'Elegance. Make plans to come see these rare autos, or if you have a movie car you would like to display, please register now.

Other Classes

The Greenbrier Concours d'Elegance is still working through the process of determining the classes for 2022. The classes will be similar to years past, with a few minor adjustments. The committee will always find room for an exceptional car, so please register now and the committee will find the right fit. Registration is open now for all cars and motorcycles.

2021 Concours Information

General Information
Cars and motorcycles will be on display around The Greenbrier from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. All patrons must register for and display a Concours badge. Overnight hotel guests will receive a complimentary Concours badge upon check-in.

Concours Patrons Allowed Items
Concours d'Elegance Patrons are permitted to bring the following items onto the showfield:
Sunscreen, small bags (purses and diaper bags), cameras, ponchos, umbrellas, blankets, folding chairs, baby strollers

Concours Patrons Prohibited Items
  • Pop-up tents (this includes canopies, EZ-Ups or camping tents) or beach umbrellas
  • Drones
  • Cooking grills are not permitted unless you are an insured sponsor, this includes gas, charcoal and electric.
  • Official concours golf carts are allowed on the premises - personal or rented golf carts are prohibited.
  • Bicycles
  • Pets (other than service animals)
  • Frisbees, footballs, soccer balls or other athletic equipment
  • Guns, Knives, Fireworks or Weapons of any kind are prohibited

Photography
Video and still photography on the Showfield is encouraged. Please respect media and other patrons when photographing cars on display.

Showfield Description
The Concourse d'Elegance will take place at The Greenbrier on September 6, 2020, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Cars will be displayed in and around The Greenbrier. Personal audio, video and photography is permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase for the duration of the day. Resort casual attire is requested, while comfortable shoes and sunscreen are suggested.

Parking/Shuttles
Parking for the Concours d'Elegance is located in the Train Lot adjacent to the front entrance of The Greenbrier property. Parking provided by the Concours is complimentary. Shuttle bus service will be provided from these lots and will run beginning at 10 a.m. with the last shuttle to Concours parking scheduled for 4 p.m.

ADA Accessibility
Shuttles from concours parking are ADA accessible. The showfield is also ADA accessible.

Concours Badge Policies
  • All concours attendees must display badges while on the showfield
  • Children, infants, toddlers and strollers are permitted
  • No knives, firearms, fireworks or weapons of any kind are permitted on the showfield
  • Coolers or outside beverages are prohibited
  • All bags are subject to search at the discretion of security
  • Security reserves the right to revoke patron badges at any time, for any reason
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior is not permitted and subject to badge revocation

Information Booth
General information, Lost & Found, First Aid and security are all located at the information booth.

Event Staff and Security
Concours d'Elegance staff can be identified by "staff" badges, Greenbrier gold name tags or uniformed security personnel.

ATM
An ATM is located in the lower lobby of The Greenbrier
