Register your Vehicle for
​The 2023 Greenbrier Concours d'Elegance

Thank you for considering The Greenbrier Concours d’Elegance for showcasing you classic vehicle. The collecting of classic automobiles and motorcycles is a very personal endeavor, and the selection committee respects all submissions and appreciates the owner's time in properly completing the process.
The Greenbrier Concours d'Elegance selection committee works hard select cars that fit the classes formed for each year.  If your car does not fit this year’s criteria, it still could be needed in the future. Please consider resubmitting in the following years should your car not be selected for 2023. The selection committee will also keep your information on file, and we may contact with you in years to come should we see your car as a fit for a particular class.
ALL vehicles must drive onto the showfield under their own power
Winners must also drive past the reviewing stand under their own power

Selection Criteria

  The decision process includes a host of criteria and the structure is laid out below:
  1. Vehicles must be at least 30 years in age. 
  2. Special consideration will be given to any vehicle that has ties to The Greenbrier.
  3. The vehicle shall be of the highest quality, and preference will be given to cars with important history or provenance.​
  4. Cars that are completely original and have known history from new will be given the highest consideration.
  5. Cars not previously shown at The Greenbrier Concours d'Elegance are given preference.
  6. We generally do not allow cars to return to our show field within a three-year period.

Motorcycles, please use NA where applicable.

Selection Procedure

Use the form below to provide us with your contact information. Please note that some fields have instruction pop-ups indicated by a "?" next to the field to help you understand what is being requested. Please click on the "?" when you see it.

You will be asked to submit a minimum of three photos (front, side and engine).

Submit a brief history of the vehicle, including the VIN.

Application evaluations are now open. After reviewing these applications, the Concours Selection Committee will meet to determine which cars will receive an invitation to the 2023 competition.

​Applicants will be notified via email of the committee’s decision as soon as possible.

    Additional Information

    In addition to the Year, Marque & Model, we may want to include additional information about your vehicle for use on the placard, program and website.  The Selection committee will use this information below in the selection process. There are three sections. Please complete each one and use the "?" pop up for addition help in filling out the info. 
    Section One: Bullet Point Summary
    In the area to the right please list key points about you vehicle.  Try not to exceed the field limits.  You will be able to included more detailed information below. Items in the five key points could include:
    • Special significance of the vehicle
    • Special Features of this model
    • Technical features such drive train or suspension
    • Design or Body Features
    • Total Production (e.g. 1 of 27 made)
    • How or Where acquired
    • Previous Awards
    • Original Price
    • Previous owners
    • Restoration History
    Section Two: Summary for Placard & Program
    The Summary information in this section may be used on a display placard, program or website. Essentially, this is the history of your vehicle that you would like printed on your placard.
    We are not responsible for spelling or grammar errors. Please type exactly what should appear.  The Summary should not exceed 150 words.

    Section Three: The Dirt and the Details
    In this section, you can can write as much as you like! This is the place to put the entire vehicle history if you desire.  If you have a document that includes all of this information you can upload it directly below.

    Please put as much information as you in addition to the summary information above that you feel will aid the Selection Committee in making a determination about your vehicle. There is no word limit in this area. We do prefer the that the text be placed in here rather than a file upload because it makes it easier for us to transfer the info. Thanks much for your help :-)

    Vehicle Images

    The Selection committee requires these photos for assistance in car selection, but they may also be used in the program, website or social media.  Please keep in mind the following requirements:
    • DO NOT CROP, PHOTO ENHANCE OR EDIT THE PHOTOS IN ANY WAY!
    • Photos should in in JPEG, PNG, or other image format. DO NOT embed Photos in Word or PDF documents.
    • Pictures should be a minimum of 300dpi and not contain shadows.
    • Pictures should not include people or other vehicles.
    • If your car is selected, one picture may be used in the Concours Program, website or other promotional materials.
