Summit Package
This package will allow hosts to entertain clients at the very highest level. The client can drive the
manufacturer’s cars from the hotel area up the adjoining mountain (about 4 miles) to the Sporting Clubs
Summit Resort. Once the client arrives at the Summit they can relax with cocktails by the infinity pool
and enjoy the vista’s overlooking the Greenbrier Valley. Once everyone has arrived the host can address
the audience in the natural amphitheater before heading over to the world class restaurant for either
lunch or dinner.

customers will receive a reserved parking space in front of the Hotel for their high-end automobile they
brought to the event. This has to be a vehicle of interest. In addition the customers will be invited to a
reception in the lawn adjoining the presidential suite. This gathering will be sponsored by a company
that wishes to solicit the customer’s business. A insurance company would be a great fit for this
package. This activity should be for approximately 66 customers, 66 guests plus the host company’s
staff. The party will be for around 150 people.

This package is located on the Hotel grounds at the Top Notch Cottage just steps away from the Hotels
North Entrance. The Cottage has 4 Bedrooms and a luxurious social area for entertaining. The adjoining
outdoor area includes a patio as well as flat lawn which can serve to display cars. Your team can stay on
site and be ready for all types of client entertainment.
Base price secures the location and four bedrooms
