Badge Purchase Procedure
Concours badges are available for online purchase in advance from this page at a price of $50.00 per badge. To purchase badges, select the quantity you wish to purchase and then click "Add to Cart". A valid credit or debit card will be needed to complete your purchase. Your card will be charged at the time of your purchase. Upon completion of your purchase, an email confirmation will be sent as proof of payment and your receipt. For additional information see "Badge Purchase Policies".
Will Call
To gain entry to the Showfield, you must purchase a badge. To pick up your badges, WILL CALL will be open at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2018, and is located adjacent to the Showfiled entrance next to the Outdoor Pool at The Greenbrier. You must bring your receipt of purchase and obtain your badges at Will Call before Showfield entry.
Parking/Shuttles
Parking for the Concours d'Elegance is located adjacent to the Front Entrance of The Greenbrier property. Parking provided by the Concours is complimentary. Shuttle bus service will be provided from these lots and will run beginning at 8:00 a.m. with the last shuttle to Concours parking scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Walk-ups are permitted through the front gate of The Greenbrier.

Concours Badge Policies
- All attendees of The Concours d'Elegance must display badges while on the Showfield
- All badge purchases are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted
- Children, infants, toddlers and strollers are permitted
- No knives, firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted on the showfield
- Coolers or outside beverages are prohibited
- All bags are subject to search at the discretion of security
- Security reserves the right to revoke Concours badges at any time, for any reason
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior is not permitted and subject to badge revocation
