Charitable Dinner

An evening of horse racing and horsepower on Saturday, May 1, begins on Colonial Terrace (or Chesapeake Hall in the event of rain) at 6 p.m. with a Cocktail Hour. The Kentucky Derby pre-race action will be shown on giant televisions throughout the room, and the Cocktail Hour — which will include The Greenbrier's signature mint julep — will conclude with the race on the screens at 6:50 p.m.

A buffet dinner filled with favorites from The Greenbrier's award-winning culinary team will follow at 7 p.m., inside The Greenbrier's largest ballroom, Colonial Hall. Entertainment will be provided to keep guests engaged throughout the night, which will wrap up around 9 p.m. Business casual dress is required, and Kentucky Derby wear is encouraged. Click the link below to purchase tickets for $150/person until March 30. After that date tickets will be $170/person.

Net proceeds from the Charitable Dinner will go to benefit the AACA Library and Research Center and The Mountaineer Autism Project.

"Hospitality is what made the second annual Greenbrier Concours both unique and successful. They’ve embraced the new era of inclusivity by creating three days of events with something for every automotive enthusiast, not just those guys with impeccably restored million dollar cars."  — Lisa Smith, The Decor Girl Blog
